المصدر - Yemeni Coalition to Monitor Human Rights Violations (Rasd Coalition) reveled today in its periodical bulleting (Arrasid Al-Yemeni) that Houthis violations on civilians during 1 January – 31 December 2016, reached 17128 violations inn 20 governorates in Yemen, included killings, injuries, abduction, and destruction of public and private objects.
According to the bulletin issued today, 12 December 2016, Houthis-Saleh militia killed 2466 civilians, injured 6042, abducted and detained 5092 others. Also, destroyed 777 public objects and 2751 private objects.
Arraisd Al-Yemeni bulletin indicated that Houthis-Saleh militia continued its violations to human rights in areas under their control, where 5092 were abducted, including 20 women and 118 children, majority of them in Sana’a, 695, followed by Al-Baidha 655 and Ibb 539 abductees.
Yemeni Coalition to Monitor Human Rights Violations called the international community to implement UN resolutions to protect human rights in the country, and the UNSC to implement its resolution on Yemen, particularly resolution 2216, and to force Houthis-Saleh militia to end human rights violations and commit to the relevant international resolutions.
