The Institute of Sustainability and Carbon Footprint LLC proudly announces a historic achievement with the official registration of its international branch in the United States of America under the name:
Institute of Sustainability and Carbon Footprint LLC
This registration has been issued by the Office of the Secretary of State – Texas under File Number 806278311 on October 27, 2025.
This milestone marks a strategic step in the Institute’s international expansion plan in the fields of sustainability, carbon footprint, energy, sustainable finance, and carbon neutrality management, in full compliance with the highest global standards for professional training and accreditation.
Through its U.S. branch, the Institute aims to enhance the role of Arab professionals in the global labor market and enable trainees to obtain internationally recognized professional certifications from the United Kingdom (CPD UK Accredited Programmes), qualifying them to work in the United States, Europe, and the Gulf region.
Strategic Partnership with a Leading U.S. Digital Transformation Company
This expansion comes in collaboration with Maxbit – USA, one of the world’s leading companies in digital transformation and artificial intelligence, with extensive expertise in developing educational and e-learning platforms for international institutions.
The U.S. partner will deliver all training programs through E-Learning using the latest digital technologies and platforms, in full
compliance with the newest standards and international norms in professional education and sustainability, providing an
