The strategic Partnership between government and the third aspect led to present best services for pilgrims during 1440 Hajj season.

The third aspect contributed side by side with governmental aspect in Hajj season with several services in several fields like: “health services, crowd management, pilgrims’ guiding and directing, help old people, conserve luggage, translation, and environmental voluntary works”.

WAMY’S efforts

DR Saleh Al-Wahaibi said: “the most Beneficiary of partnership between the third aspect and the governmental aspect is pilgrims”.

DR Saleh Al-Wahaibi added: “Kaaba was built for the first time by angles, then prophet Ibrahim and his son prophet Ismail rebuilt Kaaba; so anybody stays near it; loves it directly, and people all over eras loved it as Prophet Addams, and Quraysh till now. Kaaba is loved and respected In Islamic religion; so pilgrims who are coming from different areas should have the same respect that Kaaba has. That makes Arabs are famous for their honor and makes Hajj season a safe and enjoyable journey. King Salman and his crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman do their best to present a successful Hajj season every year; so Saudi leadership uses modern technology to develop Hajj services.

DR Saleh Al-Wahaibi referred to the role of WAMY when he said: “WAMY has worked in serving pilgrims for more than 10 years within its voluntary projects like (Luggage storage centers in the holy places), and (Hajj Health Volunteering program) that enhance integration between all aspects”.

DR Saleh Al-Wahaibi referred to the targets of these projects that are:

· Devoting integration between the three aspects “governmental aspect, private aspect, charities”.

· Increasing pilgrims’ awareness.

· Achieving 2030 vision’s goals like “National Character Enrichment Program” which aims to:

ª Forming moral standards according to Islamic standards.

ª Devoting national loyalty.

ª moral standards like forgiveness and perseverance.

ª Raise awareness about Saudi achievements.

ª Raise awareness about the leading role of KSA; because it is considered the heart of Islamic and Arabic world.

DR Saleh Al-Wahaibi ended his speech by saying: “the integration between all aspects in KSA serves Saudi leadership’s goals like it want to play a leading role in Islamic and Arabic world; because it serves pilgrims and holy places; so the three aspects compete together to present best services”.

Pilgrims’ opinions

A pilgrim from Peru called Tarek Murad Hameed 3issa praised voluntary works and said: “the voluntary works that I had seen proved that these works couldn’t be performed spontaneously; so these works should be subjected to organized agencies”.

3issa is a pilgrim from South America who performed Hajj for the first time told us about what he saw: “while I was stoning the devil; the security prevented me from passing above stoning bridge; due to I was carrying my luggage which they took them and sent them to “Luggage storage centers in the holy places” where I received them after I had performing stoning of the devil pillar”.

Tayseir 3issat is an entrepreneur from Peru declared: “integration between all aspects which I had seen in holy places proved the leading role of KSA, and presented a perfect example for voluntary management, and I hope Saudi leadership benefit from this experience in crowded holy places”.

Tayseir 3issat added: “Saudi leadership seeks to achieve integration between all aspects according to its strategic goals like helping youth in benefiting from their times in useful works that enrich their religion awareness”.

Shadia Abdal Majeed is a chef from Peru said: “I had thought at first that these huge voluntary efforts were individual efforts, but after I asked about this matter; I became sure that these voluntary works were a result of integration between all aspects that cooperated together to serve 2.5 million pillars”.

Shadia Abdal Majeed added: “the governmental support for the third aspect (charities) is a big chance for these charities to expand their voluntary works in addition to present a message to the world about pilgrims’ care and human treatment”.
